"Lies"

Reading about Jack and Katy, we realized that life is about choices and consequences. What options does Jack have? Does he have to continue down the same path? How do you imagine his life 10 years after this story ends?

  1. Jack thinks his life is great and that he is lucky to have a life like this. He doesn't have to continue down this path but chooses to. I think in 10 years Jack and Katy will have broken up and Jack won't have a very successful job and will be living in a small house.

  2. To go with Katy on the ride or not.yes.That Katy dumps him and she goes to date another guy. Then he asks Katy to him back and she says no.He gets mad and goes fight her person that she's dating

  3. I think since he already said he loves Katy and didn't mean it, he can't take it back. But if he did tell her he didn't mean he loved her, it was just in the moment, then she will probably break up with him. If he keeps lying and not paying attention to his life he will continue to go down the same path unless he changes. I imagine him in 10 years, living in an apartment, by himself because he lied before. Lying has it's consequences.

  4. i didn't like this story very much. jack was kinda a tool. he worked at a movie theater. he needs to go and find a better job. going to college would probably be a pretty good idea.

  5. This story was...hmm... he was a TOOL..first off..he gets engaged when he wont have any money to support katy..second..he's toolish enough to LOSE his job when in reality its one of the easiest jobs on this planet. He resets TAPES.. And third he should atleast get a better job and quit thinking he can live on his own without even having any money. well...other than that it was a pretty good story.

  6. First I liked this story at points, the reason why is because it tells what some people go through in their life and how they say things as spur of the moment things. One options that Jack has is losing his job by going for a ride with Katy, or keeping his job and telling Katy that he has to stay at work. He should continue down the path and I think he will go down the path that he has chosen for him and Katy at this point and time. In ten years I see that Jack can't support Katy and the children that they have together and so they get a divorce because they can never get along. They have to split the children up and Jack will have to find a new place to live. But at this point in the story Jack needs to think of the future that he and Katy have together and needs to realize that they need to have money to live and get what they need.

  8. He has the option to go with Katy. No, he does not have to continue down the same path. He will be very successful and have 2-3 kids he will love.

  9. This story was kinda confusing. I don't get why Jack quits his job and then gets engaged to Katy. Now he has no way to support her and the will be in debt. I think Jack should have went to college like every other high school kid does. I didn't like Jack's decision making and that's why i didn't like the story.

  10. He has the option of leaving his job to go on a ride with Katy or not. No, he doesn't have to continue down the same path. I think that Jack really loves Katy, that it was just the moment; in 10 years I think they will either be unhappy together or they will have broken up.

  11. Jack has a boat load of options. He could break up with kate so he can focus on his job, but he chooses not to. He does not have to continue down the same path ever thing he does changes what will happen. In 10 years Jack will have broken up with kate and not be very successful. the reason he would not be is because he does not stay on task. that is the reason he got fired from the theater. He will live in a very small house and barely have enough money go out and do the stuff he want's to do.

  12. Jack thinks his life is great and that he is lucky to have a life like this. I don't get why Jack quits his job and then gets engaged to Katy. Jack needed to think of the future that he and Katy will have together and needs to realize that they need to have money to live and get what they need.Jack should have went to college so he can't get a better job, and make more money so he can support Katy and himself better.

  13. I think that Jack really loves Katy, that it was just the moment in 10 years I think they will either be unhappy together or they will have broken up.

  14. Jack has the choice of going through with the marriage, his job, his life. He doesn't have to continue with the path he's on, and judging by his eagerness to jump in the car with Katy, and ditch his job, I'd say he knows this, and wants to do something else besides the movie theater. I could see him out of college, living in a house with Katy in a different city.

  15. I really liked this story. I thought that the flashbacks made the story interesting, but confusing at times. I think that Jack really does love Katy, but he shouldn't have gotten engaged to her because he couldn't support her. I think that he should have waited until he had a steady job, because he can't just work at the movie theater for the rest of his life and expect to support a family. Especially when he almost lost it by getting in the car with Katy.

  16. I think that Jack didn't make some of the right choices, but that doesn't mean that he could change that now. He doesn't have to go through with the marriage, and he can still get another job. He can change things around. He will not have his dad to turn back on for money.

  17. I really liked the story. It showed love and passion! Jack was a great worker and a perfect boyfriend. I hope they have a great wedding! I didn't really understand why that his dad was kicking him out of the house though?

  20. I didn't like the story, the flashbacks made it kinda hard to understand

  21. He had the option of not getting fired by staying at work instead of leaving with Katy. I see him and Katy leaving happily married in 10 years with kids.

  22. I really liked the story, the flashbacks made it kinda weird though like it was kinda hard to follow when it was real life or the past. I also think Jack and Katie both are really in love with each other, and that they will get married and live a happy life with kids.

  23. the obvious one is that he can choose to leave the theater and go with Katy or not. he absolutely doesn't have to go in the same path he change it at any time. heavy set and alone.

  24. He had the option to go with Katy and get fired or stay at work. He didn't have to leave work he chose to leave. I can see Katy and him getting married.

  25. I think in ten years Katy and Jack will be married. He had the choice to go with Katy and do what HE wanted to do. He didn't do it because he had to, he did it because he loved her.
